These terms cover your use of Catalyst Motorsport's website and the text messages we send.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Catalyst Motorsport customer service texts. If you tick a “text me” box on our quote, booking or chat form, or ask us in person or by phone, Catalyst Motorsport will text you about your enquiry, quotes, appointments, invoices and service reminders. We don't send promotional texts. How to opt in is shown on our text messages page.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your enquiries and appointments.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Confirmation: when you opt in, we text you once to confirm.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Help: reply HELP to any text, or contact us at team@catalystmotorsport.com or (714) 442-1333.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and appointments
Prices on this website and in quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written quote, which is valid until the date it shows. Deposits, payment and cancellation terms are set out in your quote and invoice.
